When did the Campaign begin?
The Heart Campaign began with 'I Heart LaPine' in January, 2008.
Is it run by a church?
No. While The Heart Campaign is faith-based, over 100 different community organizations and churches will participate in service projects and events this year.
Where does it operate?
In 2010, The Heart Campaign will hold 'I Heart' events in 7 Central and Eastern Oregon cities. The campaign is headquartered in Bend, Oregon.
How is it funded?
The Heart Campaign is partially funded by a grant from the International Foursquare Foundation through 2010. Additional support is provided through personal donations and our sponsors.
If I donate, is my contribution tax-deductible?
Yes, we provide tax receipts on request as a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization.
